NACM National Teleconference, "Export LCs and the Fundamentals"
This was my first time hearing Danielle speak. She presented the material in a very effective manner and did not go too fast, spoke very clearly and the entire content of the teleconference was interesting and never did she lag off or lose my interest. A lot of information stated precisely in the right order. I was impressed and found the entire content of this class very helpful. It is always good to leave a teleconference feeling like you took something away from it and not overloaded. Personable yet professional.
Banking, and particularly Letters of Credit, are very detailed and by their very nature tedious and generally boring to deal with. Her upbeat attitude makes working in the subject (almost!) pleasant - and at least keeps it interesting enough where I can actually pay attention and get it right (which ultimately is the objective with these things).
Expert in the field.
My company had already been the beneficiary of a good number of LCs over the years, but Danielle's input has been valuable even to a well-seasoned export company quite familiar with LCs. Her guidance has improved our LC guidelines for our dealer network, speeding processing time, time to get paid, and importantly, reducing errors that lead to discrepancies and delays.

Very good general communications skills both on the phone, and via e-mail. Responsive.
